By requesting a report from Life Intelligence System, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are written plainly and without unnecessary complexity because we believe you are capable of understanding them.
What Life Intelligence System Is
Life Intelligence System produces structured personal intelligence reports. These reports are analytical in nature and are based on information you provide at the point of intake.
LIS is not a medical service. It is not a psychological or psychiatric service. It is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is not financial or legal advice. Nothing contained in any LIS report should be treated as a substitute for professional advice in any of these areas.
LIS reports are produced for informational and personal insight purposes only.
What You Are Purchasing
When you place an order with Life Intelligence System, you are purchasing a bespoke intelligence report produced specifically for you based on the information you provide.
Because each report is produced individually and is specific to one person, it is a non-refundable product. Once your report has been delivered to your email address, the order is complete.
If you have not received your report within the stated delivery window and have not received communication from us, contact us directly before assuming non-delivery.
Delivery
Reports are delivered by email to the address provided at the point of intake. Delivery times vary depending on product type and current demand. Estimated delivery windows are provided at the point of purchase.
We are not responsible for reports that are not received due to incorrect email addresses provided by the client, or due to spam filters. Please check your spam folder before contacting us about non-delivery.
Subscription Terms
The Monthly Calibration subscription is a recurring monthly service. By subscribing, you authorise a recurring charge of £27 per month until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
On subscription, your intake data is retained to produce ongoing reports without requiring resubmission. You may request deletion of your data at any time, which will result in cancellation of your subscription.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered.
If you believe your report contains a factual error based on information you provided, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review your case. We do not offer refunds on the basis of personal disagreement with the content of a report.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information at the point of intake. The quality and precision of your report is directly dependent on the accuracy of what you submit. Life Intelligence System accepts no responsibility for reports that are affected by inaccurate or incomplete intake information.
You are responsible for how you choose to use the insights contained in your report. LIS provides information. What you do with that information is your decision entirely.
Intellectual Property
All reports produced by Life Intelligence System are the intellectual property of Life Intelligence System until delivered to you. Upon delivery, the report is yours for personal use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell any LIS report or any portion of it without written permission. You may not use any LIS report for commercial purposes.
The LIS name, logo, brand system, and all associated materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Life Intelligence System.
Limitation of Liability
Life Intelligence System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our reports or services. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report or service.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on the content of your report. You are an adult making your own choices. We respect that entirely.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of Life Intelligence System's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Updated terms are effective from the date they are published on this page.
