Life Intelligence System is a personal intelligence product. We produce structured intelligence reports for individuals. We do not offer therapy, coaching, or medical advice. We are not a platform. We are not a network. We are a private service built around one person at a time.
What We Collect
When you submit a request for a report, we collect the information you provide in the intake form. This includes your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, email address, and any additional details relevant to your report.
We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed through third-party providers and are subject to their own privacy policies.
We do not collect data passively through tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or third-party advertising tools.
Why We Collect It
We collect your information for one purpose only: to produce your report. Your data is not used for marketing. It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is not sold. It is not used to build profiles for advertising networks. It exists in our system solely to fulfil your request.

How We Use Your Data
Your information is used to produce your report, deliver it to the email address you provided, and communicate with you directly about your order if required.
For clients on the Monthly Calibration subscription, your data is retained to produce ongoing reports without requiring you to resubmit your information each month. You may request deletion of your data at any time and your subscription will be cancelled accordingly.
How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored securely. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
We do not store your data longer than necessary. For one-off report clients, your data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after your report is delivered, after which it is deleted unless you have an active subscription or have made a further request.
Your Rights
1. Access the personal data we hold about you.

5. Lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority
Third Parties
We use Tally to collect intake form submissions. Tally processes your data on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy, which can be found at tally.so.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or behavioural tracking tools on this website.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You will not be asked to accept a cookie banner because we do not place cookies that require your consent.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our forms, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will not notify you of minor administrative changes. We will notify you directly if any change materially affects how your data is used.
